TrailRunner International, a top global communications firm, is seeking to hire a Managing Director to lead the growth of TRI’s business in greater China. This is a senior leadership role that will have a key internal and external facing responsibilities.

岗位职责与任职要求

This position will:  

1. Lead business development and client service for greater China; 

2. Will work with multinational clients across the globe;

3. Oversee the management recruitment, training and career development of the team based in China. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead business development and growth strategy of TrailRunner International in China

• Develop internal and external corporate communications strategies for multinational clients

• Manage a multicultural team to deliver successful results 

• Act as a positive leader and role model for all employees with enthusiasm for new challenges and relentless passion for client service 

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years leading client strategy in corporate and financial communications 

• You have deep media contacts in financial, tech and business news media across China and Asia

• You have extensive experience working with global multinational corporations and Chinese brands 

• You have managerial experience building and growing multicultural teams

• You are focused, results-oriented, driven to succeed

• You are upbeat, entrepreneurial and not afraid to take on a challenge

• You understand the roadblocks and are adept at navigating the obstacles of doing business in China
