在阔别中国舞台四年后，这位中国人民的老朋友将在将再次启动巡演。9月1日晚，Joe Nice将率先到Dada北京，与沉睡电台和DADA的朋友们再度相聚。

From 2002 to more than two decades of music journey, Joe Nice has been renowned in nearly 50 countries and 150+ cities on six continents.
After four years of absence from China, this old friend of the Chinese people will start the tour again, on the evening of September 1st, Joe Nice will arrive in Beijing DADA and meet the friends of the long-lost Slumber Station again，including but not limited to Dubstep and other wonderful music from soundsystem culture! Joe Nice (Gourmet Beats/Sub FM)出生于英国南安普敦，在美国马里兰州巴尔的摩长大，现居北卡罗来纳州，被公认为Dubstep大使。在过去二十一年里对Dubstep和UK Bass音乐的发展和成功发挥了重要作用。
从本质上讲，他在Dubstep流派命名之前就开始播放这种音乐。他是北美第一位也是最受尊敬的Dubstep DJ，并被誉为全球Dubstep场景中最真诚、最有才华的艺术家之一。

Born in Southampton, United Kingdom, growing up in Baltimore, MD, USA but now based in North Carolina, Joe Nice is universally recognized as the ambassador of the dubstep sound in North America and has been highly instrumental in the growth and success of dubstep and bass music for the past twenty-one years. Essentially, he played dubstep before the genre had a name. He is North America's first and most respected dubstep DJ and is globally known as one of the most genuine and talented artists in the dubstep community.
Joe于2001年6月开始与巴尔的摩DJ团体the2 Charming Crew一起推广Dubstep音乐，并成为了知名俱乐部Soner的驻场DJ，并在不久之后成为当地与国家级演出的主要艺人。2003年9月开始，Joe Nice与朋友在GourmetBeats.com 联合推出每月一次的网络广播节目。

Joe started playing dubstep in June 2001 with a collective of Baltimore DJ's, the2 Charming Crew. Nice earned a residency at Sonar Baltimore and headlined local, regional and national shows shortly afterward. In September 2003, Joe Nice co-created a monthly internet radio show on GourmetBeats.com. His show was the first to feature dubstep in North America. In June 2005, while gigging and doing internet radio, Nice co-founded and was a resident DJ at the first dubstep night in North America, DubwarNYC.
他拥有北美dubstep场景诸多“第一”的记录：第一位在世界知名的伦敦“海盗电台” Rinse FM上播放音乐的美国DJ，第一位在传奇的DMZ低音派对和 FWD>>@Plastic People演出的美国DJ。2007年，他被选为URB杂志的NEXT 100 DJ之一。

He is the first American-based DJ to play on London pirate radio, Rinse FM, the first American-based DJ to play the legendary DMZ bi-monthly bash, and the first American-based DJ to play FWD>> @ Plastic People. In 2007, he was proudly selected as one of URB magazine's NEXT 100. In July 2011, Nice became a resident DJ at a new dubstep night in New York City, Reconstrvct. In May 2012, Joe transitioned his monthly radio show from Gourmetbeats.com to the award-winning SubFM, where his GourmetBeats radio show is heard on the second Tuesday of each month, 7 pm - 9 pm EST. On the 2015 edition of the dubstepforum.com awards, Joe received the most votes in the “Best DJ” and “Best Radio Show” categories. Also in 2015, Joe created his record label, GourmetBeats, which releases new music on vinyl and digital formats and features leading and upcoming worldwide dubstep production talent. In September 2019, GourmetBeats Radio celebrated 16 years of internet radio broadcasts. In addition to 25 previous GourmetBeats releases, Joe has more releases planned for the future.
