11月3日—4日,由江苏省协会涉外业务委员会和南京市律师协会涉外业务委员会共同举办的国际仲裁培训在南京市律师协会成功举办。

A two-day traning on international commercialarbitration was succesfully held in Nanjing on November 3-4. The training wasjointly organized by Jiangsu Bar Association International Division and NanjingBar Association International Division.

本次培训的内容涉及国际仲裁的方方面面，包括仲裁的本源等仲裁基本理论以及仲裁的提起、仲裁的进行、裁决执行等仲裁实务。演讲专家全部来自香港仲裁司学会及行业内的仲裁大家，包括多位香港大律师、香港大学教授、相关国际仲裁组织的负责人及国际仲裁员。全省及周边省市130多位涉外律师参加了本次公益培训。

The training covers all of the aspects ofinternational commercial arbitration, from sources and basics of arbitration tothe practice tips and experiences on filing the arbitration, proceeding withthe arbitration, challenging and enforcing the arbitration awards etc. Thespeakers are from among directors of HONG KONG INSTITUE OF ARBITRATION andother elite professionals in the area of international arbitration, includingserveral HK barristers, one professor of Hong Kong University and three highofficers from institutional arbitration cernters, i.e., CIETAC HK, HKIAC andICC respectively. Over 130 lawyers from Jiangsu province and nearby provincesparticipated in the training. 

本次培训得到江苏省司厅、江苏省律师协会及南京律师协会的大力支持。省律师协会涉外委主任陈发云主任和南京市律师协会涉外业务委员会主任王小君律师共同主持了本次培训。培训取得了逾期效果。

The training was supported by JiangsuProvincial Justice adminstration and co-hosted by Jiangsu Bar Association andNanjing Bar Association. Mr. Walter Chen, Chairman of Jiangsu Bar AssociationInternational Division and Mr. David/Xiaojun Wang, Chairman of Jiangsu BarAssociation International Division, co-hosted the training.

David/Xiao Wang, managing partner of ZHISHI LAW FIRM, who also chairs the international division of Nanjing Bar,participated in and co-hosted the whole process of the training, from thedevising of the contents to related arrangements for the training.
