职位描述：
Working as part of the Collection Information Team and reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the support of the Collection Management System (TMS), supporting development and implementation of data standards, managing reports, and handling day-to-day application support and enquiries for collections data.
You will be responsible for:
- assisting with collections data cleaning projects and data standardisation following approved museum data entry standards;
- assisting in the development and configuration of the Collection Management System (TMS);
- assisting to develop TMS processes, workflows and data entry guides;
- handling day-to-day data enquiries and providing support in relation to TMS;
- assisting in the management of reports and TMS-based views (list views and data views);
- reviewing the accuracy of collections information, identifying and implementing data cleaning solutions;
- handling special projects as assigned.
You should:
- possess a recognised university degree in Museum Studies, Library Information Systems, or a related discipline;
- have at least 1 year of collections management experience in a museum, archive, or library;
- have experience in creating and managing records for inventory systems and/or relational databases, with an understanding of data structures in relation to museum, archival or library collections (experience with TMS would be an advantage); familiarity with some scripting, particularly in Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferable;
- demonstrate experience in preparing documentation for procedures and/or workflows with familiarity in museum standards and collection cataloguing practices;
- be able to work independently and collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment;
- have excellent computer skills and attention to detail; and
- have excellent oral and written skills in English and Chinese.
