外媒美联社给出了一个非常精准的翻译：a fried dumpling filled with chives and vermicelli noodles. 听着是不是有点绕，就没有更简洁的翻译吗？

于是，我发现了网友给出了几个参考版本：Chinese Chive Pie，韭菜可以翻译为Chinese chive，“盒子”在这里可以意译为“pie”。

也有直接翻译成Jiucai hezi，毕竟作为中国特有的食品名称，可以直接用汉语拼音拼写。

其实，“韭菜盒子”是有一个正式地英文名称的，它就是：Fried Chinese Leek Dumplings.
