深圳万象前海,与华润此前万象系产品不同,万象前海围绕“新美学”主义展开了一次全新尝试,旨在构建一个新的生活美学生态。深圳万象前海地处粤港澳大湾区核心引擎——前海,商业面积达10万方,是前海片区的大型商业综合体。

Shenzhen Qianhai Mixc unlike the previous Mixc products of China Resources, has launcheda new attempt around the "new aesthetics" doctrine, aiming to build anew life aesthetic ecology. Shenzhen Wanxiang Qianhai is located in Qianhai,the core engine of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with a commercialarea of 100,000 square meters. It is a large-scale commercial complex in theQianhai area.

TS倘思照明团队首次与日本零售商业空间教父片山正通带领的Wonderwall设计团合作,用光配合空间,纵向切分出三个特征鲜明的垂直空间 Quality Life、News Life 、Art Life让品质、热闹、艺术的多元氛围体验在一个空间中共同实现。华润置地首次推出“生活美学”概念购物中心,以美学空间场景体验、时尚先锋品牌荟萃、多元融合艺术策展,打造城市地标级生活美学中心,引领前海生活美学再次向前,共创未来无限精彩与想象。

TS team cooperated with the Wonderwall design team ledby Masatoshi Katayama, the godfather of Japanese retail commercial space, anddivided three distinct vertical Spaces vertically by combining light with space:Quality Life, News Life, and Art Life,letting quality, lively, artistic diverse atmosphere experience inone space to achieve together. China Resources Land launched the "LifeAesthetics" concept shopping center for the first time, with aestheticspace and scene experience, fashion vanguard brand gathering, diversifiedintegration of art exhibition, to create a landmark city life aestheticscenter, leading qianhai life aesthetics forward again, and creating infinitewonderful and imagination in the future.


TS团队提出三个不同中庭采用不同的光配比进行空间调性的区分:Quality Life(品质引力),凸显其木色的温暖,高品质感;News Life(社交引力)采用变化的灯光与LED媒体内容联动,营造未来感,满足不同活动需求;Art Life(文创引力)采用清新素雅的光,打造展览馆,博物馆的明亮氛围;三个中庭再由过渡的标准区域串联,形成不同的光的节奏。

TS team proposed that three different atriums should adoptdifferent color temperatures to distinguish spatial tonality: Quality Life adopts3000K to highlight the warmth and high Quality of wood color; News Life adopts3500K+RGBW, multi-changing lighting and LED media content linkage, creating asense of the future, to meet the needs of different activities; Art Life adopts4000K to create bright atmosphere of exhibition hall and museum; The threeatriums are connected by the transitional Typtical area to form a differentrhythm of light.


1  Quality Life 品质引力    

通过塑造场地温暖高品质的光环境,配合起伏对比的亮度区分,营造顾客的尊荣欢迎感,可调灯具,聚光与散光组合,以及对于两侧墙体特色的洗墙照明,特色扶梯与中岛的突出照明来表达整个区域竖向衍生的引力向上感。

By shaping the warm and high-quality light environment of the site and combining it with thebrightness distinction of ups and downs, we create a sense of honor and welcomefor customers. Adjustable lamps, concentrating and astigmatism combination, aswell as the wall washing lighting on both sides of the wall, featured escalatorand prominent lighting on the middle island express the gravity upward feelingderived from the vertical of the whole area.

2 :Art Life 文创引力 

营造现代艺术美术馆的感觉,以整体柔和均匀的灯光配合局部的重点灯光提亮展示重点立面。创造一种艺术与展览融合于商业体验中的融合状态氛围.

To create atmosphereof museum, use the overall soft and uniform lighting with the local key lightsto brighten the key facades.

  3:News Life 社交引力  

主要是氛围的屏幕视觉内容的融合+ 敞亮开放的灯光氛围+可控制的场景模式来营造不同场景模式的需求,对应不同的社交,发布会,等等场景的融合度。这是场地的中心,是场地的记忆核心。在这迸发设计感的核心能量。

The main thingis the integration of the visual content of the atmosphere on the screen + theopen light atmosphere + the controllable scene mode to create different scenemode requirements, corresponding to different social, press conference, and allthe other scenes. This is the center of the field, the memory center of thefield. It’s where the core energy of the design comes out.

在整个建筑空间设计层面,以 盒子mall+退台式下沉街区商业构成。建筑外立面以前海命名的建筑艺术品“前海之翼”如光影之翼,与绚丽的冲孔特色媒体吊顶天花联动,如同“引力入口”吸引着顾客往内活动。室内则以“新引力”为设计概念,利用三个鲜明的垂直空间将美食、购物、艺术三个区域连接在了一起,让每个楼层各有特色。天幕,入口,NEWSLIFE中庭形成连续统一的吸引式入口。 

At the designlevel of the whole building space, it is composed of box Mall + desktop sinkingblock business. On the facade of the building, the architectural artwork named“Qianhai Wings” named by Qianhai is like the wings of light and shadow, whichis linked with the gorgeous punching feature media ceiling ceiling, whichattracts customers to move inward like a “gravitational entrance”. The interioris designed with the concept of "New Gravity”, using three distinctvertical spaces to connect the food, shopping, and art areas together, so thateach floor has its own characteristics. The sky curtain, the entrance, and theNEWSLIFE atrium form a continuous and unified attractive entrance.
