中国为什么不接收难民？

这几天写了几篇关于缅甸的文章，有一些脑子不太灵光的人士跑来骂我，说我为什么不支持民主自由，不支持驱赶缅甸军方下台。甚至还有人支持缅甸事情闹大点，闹乱点。

我说，看看很多国家，比如中东，这些地方一旦政治变化后，就出现大量的分裂、冲突等问题。缅甸一样，现在缅甸境内不光是上百万罗兴亚人要闹独立，还有好几个地方武装也在闹独立。出现这些混乱后，就会出现大量难民外逃，中国和缅甸陆地相连，如果跑来个几百万难民，对边境地区将是巨大的冲击。

A few facts first.

1. According to the UN Refugee Agency, China has become the world's tenth largest country of residence for refugees

2. China has received close to 500,000 refugees, including 450,000 from Vietnam and nearly 50,000 from Myanmar ( Rohingya)

But China's refugee policy is that unless proven to be of Chinese descent, China is only a stepping stone for these refugees, not a place of permanent residence for them.

China can temporarily arrange for these refugees to live, but will not accept these refugees as Chinese citizens unless they prove to be of Chinese descent, as is the case with most Vietnamese refugees.

China does this for the simple reason that China is overpopulated and the Chinese themselves are practising family planning to limit population growth. And then accept a large number of refugees to become permanent residents of China? What a joke.

Limiting the Chinese themselves from having children while making room for foreigners?

Refugees should be going to countries that are sparsely populated and have abundant resources per capita, like Australia, like Canada, or even the US, which are equipped to house refugees.

These are the countries that can give refugees a very good life.

You ask a country that already has the largest population in the world, is extremely short of arable land (it imports a lot of rice, wheat, corn, even pork and beef every year) and has 600 million people earning less than $200 a month to accept refugees?

That's a bit of a joke.

Also, most of the refugees are currently generated in the Middle East and North Africa, far away from China. Refugees travel only 1000 km to Europe and even more than 5000 km to China.

The bottom line is that most refugees are headed for Europe and the US, not China. China does not have good social welfare benefits.

China does not even have a health care or pension system in the full sense of the word, even for its own citizens. Should these so-called refugees be treated separately and preferentially?

Amnesty International has published the results of the world's first survey on the popularity of refugees among countries. Of all countries, China was found to be the most welcoming but rarely accepted refugees. The link is here.

46% of Chinese respondents said they would be willing to allow refugees to live in their own homes, the survey said.

It should be noted that this is a complete lie and that polls on several Chinese social media sites show that over 98% of Chinese people are against accepting refugees (except for ethnic Chinese).

Another fundamental question why the Chinese are against taking in refugees is how these refugees came to be.

These are all linked to European and American military operations in the Middle East and North Africa.

The civilians in these countries were living fine, and your European and American fighter jets go to these places and bomb them, causing a large number of civilians to become refugees, and then try to make other countries pay for it?

There is a Chinese slang saying: "You poop yourself, you clean your own ass".

It is because the foreign policies of Europe and America are the reason for these refugees, so Europe and America have an obligation to arrange for them.

Moreover, Europe and America are developed countries and have a low population density and abundant resources, so they have enough economic and natural conditions to take in these refugees.

Australia, for example, has a land area equivalent to 80% of China and a population of only 25 million (China is 1.4 billion people, and China's population is more than 50 times that of Australia). Such a country would have no problem arranging for hundreds of millions of refugees.

Even the United States, which is about the same size as China but with only a quarter of its population, would have no problem taking in 100-200 million refugees.

A group of countries with a per capita income of tens of thousands of dollars and a land area per capita dozens of times that of China, do not go to accept refugees in large numbers.

It takes the most populous country in the world, where half the population earns less than $200 a month, to accept refugees.

That's ridiculous, isn't it?

中国为什么不欢迎难民？

先说几个事实。

1. 根据联合国难民局的数据，中国已经成为世界上第十大难民居住国；

2. 中国已接收近50万难民，其中包括来自越南的近45万难民和来自缅甸的近5万难民（罗兴亚人）。

但中国的难民政策是，除非证明是中国后裔，否则中国只是这些难民的垫脚石，而不是他们的永久居住地。

中国可以暂时安排这些难民生活，但不会接受这些难民成为中国公民，除非他们证明是中国后裔，就像大多数越南难民一样。

中国这样做的原因很简单，中国人口过多，中国人自己也在实行计划生育，限制人口增长。然后接受大量的难民成为中国的永久居民？真是笑话。

一边限制中国人自己生孩子，一边给外国人腾地方？

难民应该去那些人口稀少，人均资源丰富的国家，比如澳大利亚，比如加拿大，甚至美国，这些国家有条件接纳难民。

这些国家才能给难民一个非常好的生活。

你让一个已经是世界上人口最多的国家，耕地极度匮乏（每年进口大量的大米、小麦、玉米，甚至猪肉、牛肉），月收入不到200美元的6亿人去接受难民？

这就有点笑话了。

而且，目前大部分难民都产生在中东和北非，离中国很远。难民到欧洲的路程只有1000公里，到中国的路程甚至超过5000公里。

最关键的是，大部分难民都是去欧美，而不是去中国。中国没有良好的社会福利待遇。

中国连完全意义上的医疗和养老体系都没有，甚至连自己的公民都没有。这些所谓的难民是否应该被单独优待？

中国纳税人养活外国难民？

国际特赦组织公布了世界上首次对各国难民受欢迎程度的调查结果。发现在所有国家中，中国是最欢迎难民的国家，但很少接受难民。调查称，46%的中国受访者表示愿意让难民住在自己家里。

需要指出的是，这完全是一个谎言，中国多个社交网站的民调显示，超过98%的中国人反对接收难民（华裔除外）。

中国人为什么反对接收难民的另一个根本问题是，这些难民是怎么来的？

这些都与欧美在中东和北非的军事行动有关。

这些国家的平民本来生活得很好，你欧美的战斗机到这些地方去轰炸，造成大量平民成为难民，然后还想让其他国家买单？

中国有句俚语。"自己拉屎，自己擦屁股"。

就是因为欧美的外交政策导致了这些难民的产生，所以欧美有义务安排这些难民。

而且，欧美是发达国家，人口密度低，资源丰富，所以他们有足够的经济和自然条件来接纳这些难民。

以澳大利亚为例，澳大利亚的国土面积相当于中国的80%，人口只有2500万（中国是14亿人口，而中国的人口是澳大利亚的50多倍）。这样的国家安排上亿难民是没有问题的。

即使是和中国面积差不多，但人口只有中国四分之一的美国，接收1-2亿难民也没有问题。

一群人均收入几万美元，人均土地面积是中国几十倍的国家，是不会去大量接收难民的。

世界上人口最多的国家，有一半的人口月收入不到200美元，才会去接受难民。

太可笑了吧？

我想上面的内容已经足够表明我的立场了。不过在中国，一些所谓的名人明星、大号，都在嚷嚷中国要配合联合国难民署，接收难民。

事实上，接收难民会带来很多问题。比如云南的罗兴亚难民，被频繁发现参与贩毒。瑞典因为移民问题，而导致强奸率高升，也被称为欧洲的“强奸之都”。

2014年-2016年，瑞典发疯一样又接收了40万左右的难民，是所有欧洲国家中人均接收难民人数最多的国家。什么概念呢，按照人口比例来计算，瑞典接纳40万，相当于中国接收6000万。

2020年8月28日，瑞典南部城镇马尔默爆发极端主义骚乱，至少300名当地难民聚集起来发生暴乱并向警察投掷物品，并点燃汽车轮胎。

2016年瑞典音乐节，35名瑞典女孩遭到难民集体轮奸，最小的受害者只有12岁。截止到2017年，瑞典性暴力案件达到了48万件，有三分之一受害者小于15岁。而根据调查，瑞典只有10-20%的性犯罪被上报到公安机关，推测实际上瑞典性暴力犯罪的数量是官方公布数量的10倍左右。现在的瑞典强奸案比率已经上升为欧洲第一，是欧洲所有国家的三倍，以人均来算，瑞典甚至已经超过世界另一个强奸大国——印度。

我看到网上的一些评论：“说来说去，不是中国人不善良，不能接受难民，毕竟中国近现代也接受过很多其他国家的帮助，很多华侨也是从当难民开始的，中国人说的不能接受难民，其实指的是不能接受特定的某教还有某个人种的难民。真的海外华人有难了，比如印尼排华的事件，同宗同种，怎么就不能接受呢？说白了，中国人最怕的是那种鸠占鹊巢，有教无国，霍乱一方的难民罢了。”

所以说，脑子要多秀逗，才会想到去支持邻国发生动乱？
